Ottimo nas ad un giusto prezzo per poco meno di 300 euro le caratteristiche tecniche sono di medio/alto livelloPersonale ho fatto un upgrade della ram e ho aggiunto 2 nvme da 512 come cacheConsiglio vivamente

Ho acquistato questo NAS per sostituire un SYNOLOGY DS214, in quanto, avendo fatto upgrade alla rete lan a 2.5GB, ho scelto questo modello proprio per la scheda di rete a 2.5GB, oltre che alla espandibilità a livello di RAM (di base 4GB, espandibile fino a 16GB) oltre alla possibilità di montare due unità NMVE.E qua finiscono i pregi.Rispetto al Synology, il software è DECISAMENTE carente... il Synology permette l'accesso via FTP alle cartelle a tutti gli utenti selezionati, e mostra solo le cartelle accessibili, il QNAP permette l'accesso SFTP SOLO agli utenti amministratori (assurdo) e mostra TUTTE le cartelle del NAS (altra follia, accedere alle cartelle di sistema). La velocità di copia NON rispecchia assolutamente la 2.5GB, appena più veloce rispetto al Synology che ha una lan ad 1GB. La copia verso il Synology viaccia a 113MB costanti, verso il QNAP anon supera i 150MB, mentre tra i miei pc in LAN supero abbondantemente i 230MB. Non parliamo poi della gestione del risparmio energetico, oltre alla silenziosità, decisamente migliore.Il Synology infine, nonostante la sua età ormai non proprio freschissima (è uscito nel 2013 se non ricordo male), continua ad ottenere aggiornamento firmware e software ( l'ultimo di una settimana fa), pertanto, in tutta onestà, come fileserver continua ad essere superiore pur avendo un processore inferiore e solo 512GB.

Braucht zwar etwas mehr Strom als angegeben aber alles im Rahmen. Ansonsten verrichtet er seine Dienste zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit und äußerst stabil. Da es nicht mein erstes QNAP NAS ist verlief die Inbetriebnahme wie erwartet und verhält sich 1:1 wie seine größeren Brüder. Angenehm überrascht war ich von der guten Performance die der Kleine an den Tag legt.Einziges Manko wenn man so will ist ein etwas lauteres Betriebsgeräusch da doch deutlich mehr (wenn auch höherwertigerer Kunstoff) verbaut ist. Da übertragen sich Lauf- und Zugriffsgeräusche der Platten und Lüfter doch etwas stärker ans Gehäuse. Aber auch das bleibt im erwarteten Rahmen. Unterm Strich absolut empfehlenswert wenn man sich der Einschränkungen eines 2-Bay-NAS bewusst ist.

Após receber o equipamento e ao me preparar para o ligar á rede de energia deparo-me com a situação de o cabo de alimentação não ser de padrão europeu.A Amazon devia de ter o cuidado de verificar os itens da encomenda e qual o País de destino.Pois o cabo de alimentação deste equipamento não serve para ligar à rede de energia dos países Europeus.

Despite what you might have read about soldered RAM, it in fact has a two DIMM sockets, I purchased an additioanl 4GB RAM for £14.99 and it worked, (make sure its seated correctly and you do have to remove the 3.5 inch drives to gain access.I added dual NVME drives, a spare SATA SSD and a 16GB Toshiba enterprise drive and it was up and running in minutes.I then used Hybrid backup on mty TS433 to sync photos from there to the 262, (this was much faster than copying) and set Qumagie to work, the Coral EDGE USB TPU AI unit works perfectly with this btw.I also added another 2.5Gbe port via a USB adapter and its a little powerhouse with very fast transfers.As well as the TS433 I also have a synology DS224+ and this is a better NAS as its 2.5Gbe, expandable to up to 32GB of RAM and has dual NVME slots, only the CPU being dual core holds it back. if it was a quad core, this would be unbeatable.My next upgrade will be a 10Gbe and NVME expansion via the PCI-E slot :)If you are wondering whether to buy this, the answer is yes.
