è vuotoThe AMD Ryzen 7 8700G is a desktop processor with 8 cores, launched in January 2024. It is part of the Ryzen 7 lineup, using the Zen 4 (Phoenix) architecture with Socket AM5. Thanks to AMD Simultaneous Multithreading (SMT) the core-count is effectively doubled, to 16 threads. Ryzen 7 8700G has 16 MB of L3 cache and operates at 4.2 GHz by default, but can boost up to 5.1 GHz, depending on the workload. AMD is making the Ryzen 7 8700G on a 4 nm production node using 25,000 million transistors. The silicon die of the chip is not fabricated at AMD, but at the foundry of TSMC. You may freely adjust the unlocked multiplier on Ryzen 7 8700G, which simplifies overclocking greatly, as you can easily dial in any overclocking frequency. With a TDP of 65 W, the Ryzen 7 8700G consumes typical power levels for a modern PC. AMD's processor supports DDR5 memory with a dual-channel interface. The highest officially supported memory speed is 5200 MT/s, but with overclocking (and the right memory modules) you can go even higher. For communication with other components in the machine, Ryzen 7 8700G uses a PCI-Express Gen 4 connection. This processor features the Radeon 780M integrated graphics solution. Inside the box you will not only find the processor, but also a Wraith Spire cooler. Hardware virtualization is available on the Ryzen 7 8700G, which greatly improves virtual machine performance. Programs using Advanced Vector Extensions (AVX) can run on this processor, boosting performance for calculation-heavy applications. Besides AVX, AMD has added support for the newer AVX2 and AVX-512 instructions, too.

軽めなゲームとちょっとした配信をするには丁度いいです。8700Gと4060Tiの組み合わせで使用しています。PCIeのレーン数的にも組み合わせ良さそうだったのでこの組み合わせで使ってみました。BIOSをいじってハイブリッドグラフィックを有効にして使用しています。DRAMは32GB搭載して、内蔵グラフィックに4GB割り当てました。ゲームは4060Tiでプレイし、録画エンコード･配信エンコードは内蔵グラフィックに任せてます。GeForceとRADEONのドライバが混在している事になりますが、2つのグラフィックを有効にしてたら特にエラーは起きません。片方だけ有効だとたまにエラー起きます。ゲームしながら配信するとそこそこ発熱しますが、120mmの空冷クーラーでも冷やせます。Mini-ITXなどグラボが1本しか刺さらないPCでもゲーム配信が可能なAPUです。

No se calienta mucho y el rendimiento es genial. Aunque hay que tener en cuenta que las APU tienen menos líneas PCI-E y otras limitaciones, por lo que si compras esta APU no lo hagas pensando en poner una GPU luego.

Prodotto giunto a destinazione nei tempi previsti, accuratamente imballato, senza difetti evidenti all'apertura, rispetta in toto la descrizione fornita sul sito Amazon. Il processore Ryzen 7 8700G, che si monta su zoccolo AM5 su schede madri compatibili (doppia alimentazione CPU) - offre una velocità base di 4,2 GHz (OC fino a oltre 5 GHz nei sistemi che lo consentono), 8 processori fisici e 16 logici, grafica integrata Radeon 780M (ovviamente si può utilizzare una scheda grafica discreta su PCI-Express 4, ma solo con un link a 8 linee). Viene venduto con il relativo dissipatore, probabilmente insufficiente a permettere un raffreddamento ottimale. Nel complesso un buon prodotto.

Installato senza problemi su ASRock b650pro rs, avvio immediato. Al prezzo di 270€ è un ottimo compromesso e non ha rivali allo stesso budget per accoppiate cpu-gpu. Giochi in 1080 anche ai AAA, magari abbassando un po’ la grafica. Scalda un po’ ma si può sistemare con dissipatori idonei

This processor is very fast and efficient.It works great for heavily threaded workloads and unlike Intel CPU's does not slow very much (I paired it with a GigaByte MOBO and 64GB of Micron RAMThe graphics are RDNA3 which is rather new and this is the first APU to use it. As a result I had to go with the recently released Linux 6.10 kernel to achieve stability when running 3D graphics and most high end games. Using MESA 23.X+ I think also makes a difference. In my case I used the recently released OpenSuse 15.6 and then upgraded the Kernel not from the documented repository but from the backports branch of the repository search for OpenSuse and Backports for more information.One more thing there are still many MOBO's kicking around out there with old BIOS that cannot be upgraded until you put a 7000 series CPU in them which this is a PITA. GigaByte solved this by providing a special USB port managed by an independent microcontroller on the MOBO that you plug a USB stick into with the latest BIOS push a button and it flashes the new BIOS without even having to install the CPU, pretty cool!

Il non plus ultra per sistemi da salotto compatti e build mini ITX.Da infatti il meglio di se già a 45W anzichè 65W di default: il calo di prestazioni è risibile mentre ne beneficiano calore/rumore/vita utileConsiglio ram da 6000MTs CL30, oltre è inutile, rendono di più timing stretti che frequenze elevate.CPU potente e adatta per tutti gli impieghi (che non siano workstation o utilizzo VGA high end), con GPU integrata al vertice della categoria capace davvero di sorprendere e comprensiva di NPU per carichi di intelligenza artificiale.

There is not much more than i can say other than it is a good cpu or rather a cpu and graphic card combo chip system. I.e you can technically use this chip to generate your video for you games but at basic settings and resolutions. When you combine it with a real video card then it becomes very powerful. It was easy to install, it came with an amd spire cooler which is taller than the regular cooler and so far so good. No catastrophe and everything seems good and not causing a meltdown. Provided you do a fresh install of windows otherwise you will have all kinds of driver issues, but that is not the fault of this chip. This is just extra information. It is not cheap but considering how powerful it is and the fact that you get a really decent cooler that is usually around 50$ on its own, this is not a bad deal at all for the most recent tech which should last you 5 years minimum.
